Demonstration notice

Halveron Consulting is a fictional firm created for this demonstration website. People, clients, case studies and events are invented; any resemblance to real organisations is coincidental. Courses cannot be booked, events cannot be attended and jobs cannot be applied for. These terms are written as they would be for a live site and apply to your use of this one.

About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Halveron Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 00000000, at The Granary, 9 Mill Lane, Woodstock, Oxfordshire OX20 0XX.

Not professional advice

The articles, case studies, white papers and other content on this site are for general information only. They are not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and they do not take account of the circumstances of any particular organisation. You should take advice suited to your own situation before acting on anything you read here. Figures quoted in case studies and elsewhere describe typical results in particular circumstances; they are not forecasts or promises of what any organisation will achieve.

Where the site links to other websites, those links are provided for convenience. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or for any loss that may arise from your use of them.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, business or data.
