Halveron Careers

Current opportunities

We are recruiting for six roles across consulting, training and our graduate programme. Each one involves working closely with clients and with each other, and each offers a clear route to accreditation and promotion. If none of them fits but you think you should work with us, write to us anyway.

To apply, email your CV and a short covering note to careers@halveron.junaid.guru, with the role title in the subject line. We reply to every application within ten working days.

Work in Anjali Mehta's customer experience team on journey mapping, complaints and contact-reduction projects. You will listen to customer contacts, analyse why customers get in touch, and help client teams redesign the journeys that cause repeat contact. Most projects are in insurance, banking, utilities and travel, and last between three and nine months.

Senior Consultant, Digital Operations

Location

Join Grace Okonkwo's digital team to help clients redesign work before they automate it. You will lead discovery work, prototype digital services with real customers and work with client technology teams and our technology partners to deliver change in weeks rather than years. Projects span contact-centre technology, self-service and workflow automation.

What you will do

  • Lead short discovery phases that combine process analysis and user research
  • Prototype and test digital services with customers and frontline staff
  • Write clear requirements and work closely with client developers and suppliers
  • Measure digital channels on resolution and effort, not just usage
  • Help shape our view of technology in service operations through client work and white papers

What you bring

  • At least six years in digital delivery, service design or business analysis in a service organisation
  • Experience of agile delivery and of testing services with real users
  • Working knowledge of contact-centre platforms, workflow tools or low-code automation

  • Confidence explaining technical choices to non-technical leaders
