Begin a consulting career on our two-year graduate programme, starting in September 2027. You will join client teams from your first month, analysing demand and process data, supporting workshops and writing up findings. You will complete our foundation programme, work towards practitioner certification and rotate across at least three sectors, with a development manager throughout.
What you will do
- Collect and analyse demand, process and performance data on client projects
- Observe and document how work is done on operations floors
- Help prepare workshops, reports and presentations
- Complete our foundation programme and practitioner certification
- Contribute to our research, including the annual contact-centre demand report
What you bring
- A degree, or expected degree, at 2:1 or above in any subject, finishing by summer 2027
- Confidence with numbers and spreadsheets
- Clear writing and an interest in how organisations work
- Some experience of customer-facing or operational work, paid or voluntary
- Willingness to travel and to stay away from home during parts of projects
